By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

We try to display every product as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens and physical items. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (for example if a product is out of stock or priced incorrectly). A contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or another trusted carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping for full delivery information.

The Flare Athletic name, FLARE wordmark, logos, product designs, photography and site content are owned by Flare Athletic Ltd and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to the price you paid for the relevant product. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, supplier failure, transport disruption or extreme weather.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
