RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns made simple.
We want you to love every Flare purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. To start a return, simply email returns@flareathletic.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide everything you need to send your item back.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return by emailing returns@flareathletic.com.
Free UK Returns
We offer free UK returns on eligible items because shopping with confidence matters.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The quickest way to receive your new item is to return your original purchase and place a new order. This helps ensure your preferred size is available and gets to you as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, other than trying them on
- Unwashed, and free from marks, odours or damage
- In their original condition
Please send items back in their original packaging where you can, or something similarly protective, so they reach us safely.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
